How we store and use it
During VOYCH’s early launch period, newsletter signups are received and managed manually through the VOYCH business email account at contact@voych.co.uk. Your email address will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Unsubscribing
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every VOYCH marketing email will explain how to unsubscribe. You can also email contact@voych.co.uk and ask to be removed from the mailing list.
How long we keep your information
We keep active subscriber information only for as long as it is needed to provide the email updates you requested. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information necessary to make sure you are not accidentally contacted again.
Your rights
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw your consent to receive marketing. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you have concerns about how your personal information is handled.
